Leonardo Triana Cuesta

Leonardo Triana is a Junior Researcher at LUT University and a doctoral student in Industrial Engineering and Management. With a foundation in Chemical Engineering and a meritorious master’s thesis on innovation management, he brings data science expertise to digital innovation and social innovation, always aiming to turn insights into practical outcomes.
He leads end-to-end quantitative and qualitative research, builds collaborations, and translates evidence for decision-makers. At Politécnico Grancolombiano, he created more than 300 partnerships across academia and industry, aligning programs with digital innovation and social innovation priorities through quantitative and qualitative research.
Today, his focus is on environmental and green initiatives, including air quality management, where digital social innovation and data science come together to support sustainable impact.
